General information about the online store

Ordering products

Products are ordered through the online store. Orders always receive an email confirmation. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. When placing an order, the customer commits to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Shipping and handling costs

We charge €19.90 for the delivery and handling costs of the products. The products are delivered as a Posti package directly to your door or to the nearest pick-up point.

Delivery times

The products are delivered within three (3) days of the order. We try to keep all products in stock, but we reserve the right to a longer delivery time.

Exchange and return conditions

All our products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging, which must also be in its original condition. All product labels of the product you are returning must still be unremovable.

In possible return cases, the costs incurred for sending and returning the product will always be paid by the customer.

Simply not picking up or returning the goods is no longer enough to cancel the transaction. The cancellation notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment and the goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notification.
